In the afternoon of June 1, Professor Hu Dengfeng, Dean of College of Business Administration, gave a sharing presentation entitled Path and Mechanism of Core Technology Breakthrough and Domestic Substitution to our faculty and students in Conference Room 511, which was hosted by Professor Xiao Renqiao, Vice Dean, and listened to by faculty and graduate students.
The presentation was based on the academic paper Path and Mechanism of Core Technology Breakthrough and Domestic Substitution: A Longitudinal Case Study of IFLY TEK Intelligent Speech Technology published by the Innovation Management Team led by Dean Hu in the 5th issue of Journal of Management World in 2022. During the meeting, Dean Hu introduced the focus of Journal of Management World and the initial intention of writing the case study of IFLY TEK for teachers and students, as well as the requirements of Journal of Management World for paper topics, emphasizing the importance of setting the topic before setting the text. President Hu also pointed out that for the study of case study methods, we need to introduce and digest the basic scientific knowledge in our field, find ways to understand and actively try. A good article needs continuous attention, and in the process of attention we need to absorb external expert opinions with a positive mindset and promote good teamwork.
Finally, Prof. Xiao Renqiao summarized the presentation and thanked Dean Hu for pouring out his valuable experience, and encouraged more academic exchanges between faculty and students to publish high-quality papers by diving into scientific research.
