There are 102 faculty members and 87 full-time teachers. Among them, 16 are professors, 35 are associate professors, 48 are doctors (including those who are studying), 2 are doctoral supervisors and 28 are master's supervisors. There are 2 academic and technical leaders in Anhui Province, 2 reserve candidates for academic and technical leaders in Anhui Province, 4 young and middle-aged discipline leaders in Anhui Province, and 2 outstanding young and middle-aged backbone teachers in Anhui Province.

    In recent years, teachers have completed or are working on more than 60 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Social Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Science Research Planning Project, Anhui Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Planning Office and Anhui Provincial Education Department Natural Science Foundation Key Projects. More than 1,000 academic papers have been published in core journals such as  Journal of Management World,  Economic Perspectives, Comparative Economic & social Systems, and Business and Management journal, and more than 20 monographs have been published. The college has continuously increased its teaching reform efforts with remarkable results, and a number of teaching research achievements have been awarded provincial excellent teaching achievement awards. After Principles of Management was confirmed as the first key course, Management, Strategic Management of Enterprises, Marketing and Human Resource Management have been identified as provincial high-quality courses, and Organizational Behavior and Consumer Behavior are university-level high-quality courses. Teaching methods such as case teaching method, interactive teaching method and role simulation method are being practiced continuously and have achieved remarkable results.
