After years of construction and development, the major of business management has become a first-class discipline in the province and an important influence in China. It has been focusing on giving full play to the traditional advantages of school disciplines, focusing on the mutual integration with the requirements of economic development, focusing on serving the local economy, reflecting not only the requirements of the times, but also the coherence and inheritance of discipline development. The major focuses on researching the latest management theories and methods of modern enterprises, revealing the laws of enterprise growth and the inner mechanism of management innovation, promoting the improvement of enterprise management and sustainable development of enterprises. The research direction of entrepreneurship and enterprise growth has formed four research fields: entrepreneurship micro foundation research, small and medium-sized enterprise growth research, innovation management and organizational behavior research. Human resource development and management has formed three research fields: human capital value measurement, employee creativity stimulation, and executive team motivation.
There are 10 professors, 7 associate professors, 11 doctors and 1 doctoral supervisor in this master's program. Among them, there is 1 academic and technical leader of Anhui Province, 1 reserve candidate of academic and technical leader of Anhui Province, 2 young and middle-aged discipline leaders of Anhui University, 2 outstanding young and middle-aged backbone teachers of Anhui University, and 2 Long hu scholars.
