The 13th China Human Resources Management Forum was successfully held in Nantong, Jiangsu from October 17th to 19th. The forum is themed Intelligent Gathering of Talents, Quality Leading the Future: Mission and Innovation of Human Resource Management in the Era of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on the innovative direction of talent management in the AI era, and deeply exploring new challenges and opportunities in the field of human resource management.
Our teachers Wei Wei, Wang Cai, Han Zhiyong, Huang Dujuan, and several master's students in human resource management attended the conference. During the forum, representatives of teachers and students actively participated in academic discussions and had in-depth exchanges of research results with peers across the country. Our associate professor Wei Wei and graduate student Mei Qingqing's paper The Impact of Negative Customer Feedback on the Career Resilience of gig workers: Based on the Perspective of Job Rumination won the second prize of the Shuming Paper Award.
This participation not only allowed our faculty and students to grasp the cutting-edge developments in the field of human resource management, but also broadened their research horizons and enhanced their research capabilities through academic exchanges, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent development of research and teaching work in related fields.
