In order to further promote the employment work of our college, strengthen the exchanges and contacts between alumni and their alma mater, and guide the students to establish a correct outlook on employment and career choice, on the afternoon of May 7, the college specially invited Liu Bin, a 2007 graduate of human resource management and senior director of the Organization Department and Human Resources Department of Zhejiang Jiaogong Group, to communicate face-to-face with the students in Conference Room 201 of Boya Building with the theme of I have been engaged in human resources work for 20 years.
Liu Bin first introduced the development of Zhejiang Jiaogong Group and the construction of talent team. Based on his personal growth experience, he shared his experience in human resources work for 20 years. He believes that whether it is theoretical study or job hunting, it is necessary to closely integrate the knowledge and practice of human resource management. He elaborated on the implementation and management methods of the six modules of human resources and the three-pillar model in enterprises of different sizes, which inspired the students present. He encouraged the younger students to have dreams, love learning, and be a new youth in the new era with goals, feelings, confidence, effectiveness, principles and responsibilities.
