On January 27, the MBA Alumni Salon was successfully held in the Hefei Center of Anhui University of Finance and Economics. With the theme of Human Resource Management Reform and Practice in the Context of Digital Intelligence, the event invited well-known alumni and senior HR practitioners to share the theme. Zhang Yaxin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, Hu Dengfeng, Dean of the School of Business Administration and Director of the MBA/MTA Education Center of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, Huang Tieliu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Business Administration, Liang Zhong, Deputy Dean of the Hefei Advanced Research Institute of Anhui University of Finance and Economics (presiding over the work), Xu Guangyong, Deputy Dean of the School of Business Administration, and some teachers and alumni representatives of the School of Business Administration attended the event. The event was chaired by Du Jingjing, Associate Dean of the School of Business Administration and Executive Director of the MBA/MTA Education Center.
On behalf of the school, Zhang Yaxin extended a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the alumni who came from afar. Together with the alumni, he recalled the development history of his alma mater, the vicissitudes of life, the strategic layout and development direction of Hefei in the future, and invited the alumni to go home often.
On behalf of the School of Business Administration, Hu Dengfeng detailed the development of the School in recent years, especially the efforts and achievements of the MBA program in implementing the school's strategy of going global, building a platform, and raising the level.
In the morning sharing session, the first speaker was Xie Yongbiao, a 2000-level human resource management alumnus and former senior director of human resources of Hikvision, Nandu Power and other companies, who started from HR Transformation to Support Strategic Implementation, interpreted how to overlook the important role of human resource management in business operation from a higher strategic perspective, and gave the direction of landing based on his own experience. Xu Danyan, who was the human resources director of Dahua Co., Ltd. and the vice president and chief talent officer of a nearly 10 billion listed company, gave a speech on the theme of how to forge the anti-fragility of the enterprise talent team, and she explained how to forge an anti-fragile talent team from the changes in the background of the times, the complexity of the construction of the talent team, and the key work of talent management. Xu Jin, a 98-level tourism management alumnus, member of the Party Committee and general manager of the Human Resources Department of Zheshang Securities, started from the theme of Talking about the Digital and Intelligent Transformation of Human Resource Management in State-owned Enterprises, especially on the implementation path and achievements of Zheshang Securities in the digital transformation of human resources. Li Hualing, a 2001 human resource management alumnus and vice president of human resources at Microcoland, shared the theme of Digital Management Practice of Organization and Leadership. He shared the latest industry trends and practice priorities with the audience from the aspects of the impact of digitalization, the new standard of outstanding talents in the digital context, and the digital management practice of organization and leadership. Chen Yang, a 2005 human resource management alumnus and vice president of global human resources of Arnold Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd., combined with his own career development experience, talked about his message to the participating alumni and students from the aspects of vision-driven, long-term orientation, persistence in learning, and excellent colleagues and colleagues. The whole sharing session was full of dry goods, and the sharing guests all started from their own profound professional skills, or from a high position, or saw the subtleties, bringing an incomparable spiritual feast to the audience.
The subsequent alumni symposium was chaired by Huang Tieliu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Business Administration. He expressed his gratitude to the alumni for their wonderful sharing, and organized the participants to provide suggestions for the development of MBA and undergraduate education in the School of Business Administration from the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation, practical mentor team building, industry consultation and diagnosis. Professor Wang Jinlong of the School of Business Administration, as a veteran teacher of the Department of Human Resource Management, had a warm and sincere dialogue with the alumni, which pushed the atmosphere of the symposium to a climax.
The successful holding of the MBA Alumni Salon is a positive impetus for our MBA program to gather more social forces to run a school and expand its brand influence, especially the popularity of Hefei.
