The research team of the Department of Logistics Management went into the enterprise to discuss the new model of school-enterprise cooperation

Under the leadership of Wang Xin, director of the MBA Education Center, a research team composed of Huang Dujuan and Zhang Yuliang, heads of the Department of Logistics Management, recently conducted in-depth visits and investigations to Shanghai Fuller Information Technology Co., Ltd., Henkel Shanghai Waigaoqiao Factory, Suzhou Wanrui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Ruoer General Aviation Group. The purpose of this survey is to explore the cooperation between schools and enterprises to promote the common development of both parties in talent training and practical teaching.

Jiang Weiwei, Deputy Director of Fuller Consulting Services, and Gu Yingjia, Deputy Director of the General Management Department, warmly received the faculty of our school. Jiang Weiwei first extended a warm welcome to the visit of the faculty team, and introduced in detail the development history, current situation and future planning of Fuller. He expressed his heartfelt thanks to Anhui University of Finance and Economics for sending a large number of talents to Fuller. As a leading provider of digital supply chain solutions, Fuller has customers in 24 countries around the world, and its SCE (Supply Chain Execution) software is widely used in industries such as footwear and apparel, fashion, retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical, fresh cold chain and third-party logistics. The two sides reached a cooperation intention on establishing a new school-enterprise joint talent training model and introducing supply chain management teaching software into logistics and supply chain classrooms.

The research team then went to the Henkel factory in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone for exchanges. Henkel, the Germany company founded in 1876, is renowned for its adhesive technology and is a well-known manufacturer of adhesives, sealants and functional coatings. Henkel adhesives are used in a wide range of industries, including automotive and metal, electronics and industrial, packaging and consumer goods. Chen Shaolong, the person in charge of the Henkel factory, warmly received the research team and introduced the production operation management and order service management of the factory. The two sides exchanged views on possible future cooperation intentions.

In addition, the research team also visited Suzhou Wanrui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Ruoer General Aviation Group. This visit and investigation has opened up ideas for the new exploration of logistics management and supply chain management majors in terms of school-enterprise co-construction mode, internship mechanism, talent training methods, etc., and laid a solid foundation for the reform of professional construction.
